I have bought my first shares in the market just this morning.When the Phil. Stock Exchange open its market at 9:30 am.,i simultaneously opened the Citisec

Online website and log in to my account ,and just as expected ..there is already an online notice that I have a scheduled buy of my EIP order (Easy Investment Plan)for today.And after confirming the order,presto! I have my first 100 shares of ALI which happens to be the gainers for today!My next scheduled buy would be next month exactly on the 8th day,ando so on ...etc...not that im not supertitious enough eheheh..8 is just my favorite number ahahahh!Did I tell you i gained Php19.30 already...see the pic of my latest account...Look it up ahahaha!!

Looking Backs...

Last night,as I was contemplating what should I post for tomorrows journal,it suddenly dawn on me that my blogs haven't have any post about my past?although im not the kind of person who dwells on the past much coz I am have this notion that you can't change the present from the past.Am I right?So all that stuff you see in the movie or read about time travel is not imaginable for me.

What I 'll do is...just a peek. A peek from the past ..to remember who you are,what you are and why you are...in relation to who you are now.Nothing to change,nothing to retain.A status check actually from a snapshot from years back then.

So starting now...there will be some post that will have a title "Looking Back" which will deal with the my past...so i can have a bit of a distraction from the present .Bear with me as I reveal the past that was I....Me....Mine....that has now shape the present being that is writing this blog now..."Stand back Humans...you don't know who you're dealing with!"Ahahahahh!...

Leap of Faith

On the next succeeding days of this week,I am going to open the account on the CitisecOnline's Easy Investment Program to ensure a future not only for myself but to my child.I have thought this over the last weekend and decided that this is the best time now to start investing in the stocks...the key word is "investing' not "trading" as everybody thought of when stock market is in the discussion.Other's mindset on building wealth is ony limited to their own limited savings.

are only suggested percentages based on investors' capacity to take on risk.As a rule of thumb,younger investor can take more risk given that they may have longer period to withstand the market volatility

Another conservative approach is to keep at least 75% of your savings in short to medium fixed income instruments and then the balance of 25% can be set aside for your investment in stocks

Why would I invest?

Investing is simply put as making your money work for you,not to be confuse as another way to make money. Working your butt out in an office is making money.If you want more money, you must work harder and for longer hours than 9-5. And all the while that you’re busy making money,your time to enjoy its benefit diminishes as well.Yes you now have more money ..but.. did you have time to enjoy it?
That is where investing your money fits. Simply put,making your money work for you takes full advantage of your earning potential whether you decide to work overtime or getting your butts to work hard for a raise. The point is that it doesn't matter which method you choose for investing your money, the goal is always to put your money to work so it earns you an additional profit.
It's pretty easy to realize now that I will invest because I want to increase my personal freedom, sense of security and ability to afford the things I want in life!...simply put!

where are the buses?

monday has been my trek back days to my reality...meaning back to office day after a two day of R and R with the two most important persons in my life ...my wife and my daughter...but this morning was a bit strange ...i have been waiting for the bus for three hours!it usually take me 25 minutes to get my ride back to Manila..and when i finally decided to to take the first bus coming whether its my destination or not..my luck was not that full..i took the cubao bound even if its like sardined!
my usual bus ride is Pasay bound of any ES,Baliwag or Five Star Bus Lines...still i was lucky to get the ride at exactly 9:00 am... I was at the Gapan terminal of sort at around 6:00 a.m.! and when i arrived at Cubao at around 11:30..a surreal sight it was indeed.. EDSA was moving surrealy fast?...there's actually no traffic at that hour?...u can see beyond that buses are quite few? which crept in me...was there really thousands of bus that is really colurum...?and then i overheard the conductor of the bus asking the MMDA guys(traffic regulators of sort)"is the color scheme in effect?to which the guy was dumbfounded to answer...i dont know whats happening ...but indded its the first time i saw EDSA like it was in the sixties in terms of traffic...hehehe

missing teh tarek...

This morning,as i was waiting for the water to boil,I was wondering how will my coffee taste if I use condensed milk coz we're out of creamer today...then my mind wandered somewhere in the past....I was transported back to a Malay restaurant watching a guy pouring a mixture back and fourth in two container from a height.it was a novelty for me when i saw it the first time. I asked my Malay friend what is he doing?
Obviously he's cooling off the drink! my friend retorted..what was that? It was called "teh tarik"...
It was just a tea with condensed milk...but it was juggled to the air to be thoroughly mixed and at the same cooling it off and it will produce a thick frothy top.And then I ordered one and taste it ,it was nice,not so hot and wonderful.!Too bad ...not one shop here in my neighborhood got these teh tarek...yup i'm back to my town...oops! water's boiling....

i was in the office busy that day that i was not able to listened to Pres. Aquino's "sona".A friend emailed me the whole speech and here i share to my fellow bloggers.i find the speech well prepared and it really addresses the real state of the nation as was plundered and corrupted by the past administration..and so he vows to stop that and renew the hope that is always given in this kind of address.it will be an exciting year for the Philippines! in God's will!

i saw the film last friday at the Robinson Galleria...and its quite knew to me the concept of..incepting(inserting) an idea thru a person's mind while he is asleep or in the dreamstate as was shown in the movie...i like the role played by Ellen Page ( Ariadne)..she's an architecture student there employed by Cobb(Leonardo Dicaprio), who was perfect for the job of creating the architecture of the dreamworld they're going to project to the subject the they will incept.Anyway... as the movie wounds downs...as i was excited at the beginning of what inception is...the movie unfortunately is not telling it..its just showing its theatrical purpose...

all i can remember from the movie,,is that an idea is really a virus after all ...in the sense of it...?
