What is a PTC site?

A PTC(paid to click) site is a site where you get paid to visit websites and click advertisements. You simply click a link and view the ads in about 10-30 seconds (depends on the site) to earn money. Other PTC sites offer extra source of earnings like paid to read, paid to promote, games, percentage of downline or referral earnings etc.

How Much will you earn?

Most PTC sites commonly pay 0.01$ per ad YOU visit and 0.005$ per ad that YOUR REFERRALS visit. Thus, using the rate given and assuming you convinced your closest friends
giving you only 5 referrals (which is most probably ridiculous!)
then:

Clicking 4 ads will give you:

0.01$ x 4 = 0.04$

Your referrals click 4 ads each:

5 x 4 x 0.005 = 0.10$

Total daily earnings for one PTC site = 0.14$
Total weekly eanings for one PTC site =0.98$
Total monthly earnings for one PTC site =3.92$

Then imagine having 10 PTC sites with 100 referrals each...
